New work: iMaschine
Native Instruments expands the Maschine family with an iOS app for sketching musical ideas.

Yesterday, our longtime client Native Instruments announced their first ever iOS app: iMaschine, a beat sketchpad for the iPhone. It will be available on October 1.
iMaschine is quite comprehensive and powerful, but optimized for capturing and sketching musical ideas whenever and wherever you are instead of trying to squeeze a full-fledged production studio into your pocket. Sketches can be imported and elaborated in the Maschine desktop environment.
We already worked with them on the Maschine software UI a few years ago. The main challenge with this mobile version was translating Machine‘s visual language and interaction patterns to a touchscreen environment and the high resolution Retina interface of the iPhone 4.
