Tweetwrappr
From idea to launch in less than a day.
Inspired by the common question in shops these days, whether the bought item should be wrapped as a gift, Christophe sent a senseless twitter message yesterday night, asking “Soll ich ihnen diesen Tweet als Geschenk einpacken (Should I gift wrap this tweet for you)?”. Two minutes later there was an answer: “yes please”. That one got him thinking…
So this morning we joked about building a twitter-mashup that wraps your tweets. Our office pals Michael and Milan also liked the idea and suddenly we were “serious” about it. The mission: let’s concept, design, code and launch the site… today!
It was a pretty long day, but somehow we did it. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are proud to present tweetwrappr.com – the christmassy way to send your twitter messages. Have fun.
Yeah, we know that there are some bugs. We might take care of it after a good night’s sleep.

great stuff. love the vid — good idea to turn on the cam while the development was going on.
Congrats!
What’s the basic details on the development? developed in what, running on anything special?
Congrats, on the development and product of Tweetwrappr. If there’d been some award for the fastest development process then i guess u guys would have been awarded that.
Cheers to you guys.
I thought when I made http://twitterleague.com in 7 days was good but this blows it out the water! Congrats on the cool site. I have written a review on http://tweeterstuff.com. I should send a bit of traffic :)
